    5 Rds

    BB Bent Over , 6-8 Reps Rest 1:30 between sets 

     

    Part B

    1 Rd

    Squats 20 Reps

    Chose a weight that would be challenging for 12 reps and squat it twenty times.

     

    In between each squat, you must take three deep breaths. This is mandatory.

    Part A

    3 Rds

    Strict Supinated Pull-Ups, 10 Reps Rest 1:30 between sets (You can do weighted is you want to scale up)



    If you can’t do 10 Reps then do 2 Sets of 4 with 10 sec between each set of 4.
    If you can't do Pull Ups then do Negative Clusters 1.1.1.1.1 with 10 secs rest between clusters
    If you can't do Negative Clusters then do 12 Rings Rows

    and squat it twenty times.

     

    In between each squat, you must take three deep breaths.   This is mandatory.

     

    If you did this last week and were succesful add 10 Lbs.

    14 Min AMRAP

    DB Push Press and Box Jump Ladder

    1 DB Push Press, 1 Box Jump- 2 DB Push Press 2 Box Jumps increasing by one until Clock Expires
