Have you heard people talk about CrossFit or seen the CrossFit Games on ESPN? Are you curious to learn more about CrossFit? The best way is to actually experience it. To that end, CrossFit 06830 offers a free intro class Saturdays at 10:30AM  and a free one-on-one assessment


Our free intro class is open to everyone and gives you a sampling of what a class is like. We'll walk you through the CrossFit program, teach you about our movements, and put you through a workout. It's suitable for everyone, as you'll learn that CrossFit is universally scalable to your fitness level.


The one-on-one assessment is the next step to becoming a member. It can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. We’ll show you around our gym, tell you a bit more about CrossFit, explain what you can expect when you come to our group classes, and put you through a baseline workout. 


For both the intro session and the assessment, plan to be here about an hour, and be prepared to sweat!


Why Not Just Start Regular Classes with Everyone Else? 


  • Our personal intake session and intro session are an effective way for us to begin your fitness journey. We have found that whether you are a competitive athlete or someone just trying to get healthy, these sessions are our most effective method to find the right path, sessions, skill levels, progressions, and initial timelines for getting you started.
  • During our one-on-one assessment, one of our expert coaches will work with you individually so that we get to know YOU, YOUR fitness goals, and how we can help YOU reach them in the best way possible. Just throwing you into a class does not meet our standards of providing the highest levels of service, commitment, and results.
  • In your complimentary 1 on 1 Intro to CrossFit 06830 session we’ll cover everything you need to know to begin your fitness journey with us, and start you on the path to get you there.
